Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
The “Win an All-Expense-Paid Trip to London to Watch the Living
Icon, Olamide (Baddo), Live at the OVO Arena” promotion (“the
Promotion”) is organized and promoted by Lasho Trading Services
Limited, licensed by the Lagos State Lotteries and Gaming Authority
(LSLGA).
By participating, all entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and
Conditions.
2. Eligibility
Open to residents of Nigeria aged 18 years and above.
Employees, agents, and representatives of Lasho Trading Services
Limited, its affiliates, or any related entities, and their
immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.
Participants must have a valid means of identification and an active
mobile number for prize communication.
3. How to Enter
Each entry costs ₦500.
Participants may enter multiple times. Each valid entry counts as a
separate chance to win.
Entry is confirmed only after successful payment.
Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Prizes
Grand Prize (5 Winners)
An all-expense-paid trip to London to watch Olamide Live at the OVO
Arena on 23rd November 2025.
Includes:
- Return flight from Lagos to London
- Hotel accommodation
- Concert ticket
- Local transportation
- Stipend for feeding and logistics
Second Tier Prize (10 Winners)
₦500,000 cash prize per winner.
Third Tier Prize (25 Winners)
₦200,000 cash prize plus access to an exclusive local viewing
experience.
All prizes are subject to verification and compliance with these
Terms and Conditions.
5. Prize Fulfilment
All prize fulfilment, including travel arrangements, cash
disbursements, and viewing experiences, will be managed directly by
our designated partners.
Lasho Trading Services Limited serves solely as the promoter of the
campaign and does not directly manage or deliver any prizes.
The promoter shall not be liable for delays, substitutions,
cancellations, or disputes arising from the fulfilment process
handled by partners.
Participants acknowledge that acceptance of any prize constitutes a
separate engagement between the winner and the fulfilment
partner.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be chosen through a computer-generated random draw,
supervised by Lasho Gaming’s internal audit and compliance team.
The draw may be conducted live on air or streamed via official
partner platforms.
Winners will be contacted via the phone number provided during
entry.
If a winner cannot be reached or verified within 72 hours, another
winner may be selected.
A valid government-issued ID is required for prize claim and
verification.
7. Travel Requirements (Grand Prize Winners)
Winners of the all-expense-paid trip must hold a valid Nigerian
passport and be eligible to obtain a UK visa.
The designated fulfilment partner will coordinate visa support and
travel logistics. Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the
UK authorities.
In the event a winner is unable to travel or is denied a visa, the
fulfilment partner may, at its discretion, offer an alternative
reward or compensation.
Winners must comply with all travel, health, and safety requirements
provided by the fulfilment partner.
8. Prize Acceptance
Prizes must be accepted as awarded.
Substitution, exchange, or transfer of prizes is not permitted,
except at the discretion of the fulfilment partner.
The promoter and its partners reserve the right to modify the prize
package if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to
do so.
9. Publicity
By participating, winners consent to the use of their name, image,
and likeness for promotional purposes related to the Promotion
without additional compensation.
Winners may be featured in promotional materials, media interviews,
or campaign updates.
10. Responsibility and Limitation of Liability
Lasho Trading Services Limited, as the campaign promoter, shall not
be responsible for:
- Errors, delays, or omissions by any partner or third party
involved in prize fulfilment
- Technical or network issues affecting participation
- Travel restrictions, visa denials, or event cancellations
- Loss, injury, or damage incurred as a result of participation or
prize acceptance
All decisions by the promoter regarding eligibility, draw outcomes,
and campaign administration are final and binding.
11. Disqualification
Lasho Trading Services Limited reserves the right to disqualify
participants who:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to manipulate or tamper with the entry process
- Violate these Terms and Conditions or act in bad faith
Invalid or fraudulent entries will be automatically disqualified.
12. Compliance
This Promotion is conducted under the supervision of the Lagos State
Lotteries and Gaming Authority (LSLGA) to ensure fairness and
transparency.
13. Data Protection
Participant data will be used exclusively for administering this
Promotion and communicating with winners.
All personal information will be processed in accordance with
applicable data protection laws and the promoter’s privacy
policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal
Republic of Nigeria.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of Lagos State.
